62256 is a Static RAM or SRAM IC with CMOS technology. It has a memory of 32k- word x 8 bit with an easy memory expansion option provided by an active low chip enable the chip to enable and active-low output enable. The device features an automatic power-down feature, reducing the power consumption by 99.9% when not in use.
