TC4420 High-Speed 6A MOSFET Driver IC

TC4420 is a high-speed non-inverting MOSFET driver with a current rating of 6A. The IC is manufactured with CMOS technology, so it consumes less power and efficient performance. The device eliminates the use of an external level-shifting circuit which results in low cost and space. This driver IC features virtually latch proof and output swing rail-to-rail, which ensures better drive voltage margin during power-up and power-down sequencing.
