24C32 32kbit Serial I2C Bus EEPROM Memory IC, which is 32 Kbit Electrically erasable PROM. This device has been particularly targeted for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. For fast writing load, this device is having an input cache of 64 bytes of memory and for dynamic data, 24C32 is having ultra-high endurance memory, it is capable of reading random data as well as sequential data in 32k memory boundary. The CMOS technology makes this device ideal for low-power non-volatile code and data applications.
